Poor Credit, Great Service So we had leased a Nissan Rouge Select from Kelly Nissan in Easton. They were horrible. We were looking to get out of our lease early so we went to Ro So we had leased a Nissan Rouge Select from Kelly Nissan in Easton. They were horrible. We were looking to get out of our lease early so we went to Rothrock Motors. We went in to the Nissan side and were greeted with Smiles, Hellos, and Welcome from several people. LT who is the Sales Manager was so extremely helpful in trying to find what vehicle would work best for our budget. Donnie was extremely patient and understanding that we had 3 kids with us and understood exactly what we wanted and needed for our busy family. He showed us one car in the showroom. We loved it and wanted to take it for a drive. So he found us the exact same model on the lot that we could test drive. Problem was we had 3 kids so he wasn't able to take a test drive with us. So he took a paper to LT and he signed it which allowed us to drive the vehicle without the sales person being with us. We came back and said lets work numbers we like it. So while they were doing that we left to get food and they gave us the car we were looking at to drive around and get food. We were gone for a good 45 minutes eating lunch. Came back to them having everything ready to sit down and talk. Frank Torres was extremely helpful during this whole time. Getting us snacks and drinks. Checking in on our kiddos for us while we were talking with Donnie and LT. I HIGHLY recommend going to Rothrock Motors and asking for Donnie, Frank and LT. They are the 3 most amazing men besides my husband and boys. Words can not explain how grateful I am to these gentleman for helping my family. Lets just say we had credit in the low 600s and our monthly payment only went up about 40$ from our lease to a purchase. Brand new, leather interior, roomier vehicle for my family and I. Thank you from the bottom of my heart again. Lamar ( LT), Donnie, and Frank were all very polite, super friendly, and extremely respectful. More

Rothrock gave us the price we wanted! Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and attentive. My son got congratulated by several employees and shook quite a few hands (making him feel very important). The whole process was simple and stress free. When we came back to sign the papers it took longer than necessary but that was mostly because the customers before me were having trouble understanding their own lease agreements. It would have been nice if more people were staffed but it was still a wonderful experience. There was a woman, Lauren, who was rude to me and my boyfriend. Which did put us in a bad mood while waiting for someone to take care of us. But when we did get to sit with Lamar to finish up the paper work we were put at ease again. More
