Since I knew I had a several hour drive, I asked if we could work a deal on the phone and was able to come to terms with Ed before I drove to the dealership. We were able to close on the deal, which was exactly as discussed. The price was very fair, the vehicle was as described and the experience was very pleasurable. I arrived late on a rainy Tursday night and everyone worked together to close the deal and get out of the door in less than 2 hours, with a trade-in and new car delivery including financing.
