He honored our agreement not to put me through a phalanx of sales people and that asinine "let me get my manager" routine . He didn't try to be our friend, cajole us into a quick sale, or bait and switch. He got us what we asked for without making us feel like idiots and "marks." It is sad that car buying is so miserable an experience but Doug was reasonable and seemed willing to work with us. I would buy another car from Rothrock ( assuming their service matches the sales experience) More
