Barry helped me get the best deal possible and I am very grateful. He worked with me and I drove out with my new used car in pristine condition. Great buying experience but watch for extra charges! Was involved in a car accident that totaled my favorite car. Rothrock had the identical vehicle (color, options, etc.) which was very hard to find (on Was involved in a car accident that totaled my favorite car. Rothrock had the identical vehicle (color, options, etc.) which was very hard to find (only 3 in tai-state area) so I went to check it out after work. The vehicle looked very clean. I didn't need any information about the car as I was well familiar with all of it's features. Said if the test drive was good and the numbers worked, I'm the buyer. Alex and Jose worked with me to get the vehicle at a very fair price. Little did I know that 1 month later I would need to be buying another vehicle but this time for my wife. Very broad selection of used cars!! Thanks Alex Wilson and Jose! One note, be careful when reviewing closing documents. I got tagged for an unwanted $219 charge for registration of window engraving. Asked to have it removed over a month ago and still waiting. Not likely to see it refunded. Not a bad reflection on the sales team but was thinking it was an oversight in the back office but lack of following through on commitment to refund has me wondering. More

He asked us what we were looking for & directed us to the exact vehicle my husband had looked up on the Internet. Even though they were closing in an hour, Barry took us out to look at the steel colored Dodge, Durango. He took his time explaining the many different options this truck had & how they all worked. We immediately went out for the deal sealing test drive! We had two vehicles to turn in & they worked out the financing on Monday. We got an amazing interest rate (way better than we expected) & also opted for the extended warranty. Barry was fantastic from the minute we met him till we drove off the lot! He even paid for the replacement battery on the second key out of his own pocket! Overall we had a terrific experience working w Barry! We got the exact Durango my husband had pictured in his head & we LOVE it! If ur in the market for a dodge, jeep or Nissan & want to be treated fair, while getting a good deal & dealing w a fantastic salesman Barry P. Camfield from Rothrock is the guy to ask for!! We were extremely happy w him & the finance manager that got us the awesome interest rate on our new family truck! Overall everyone we came in contact w at Rothrock was extremely nice, professional & helpful! a night mare let me start by saying all my previous vehicles were bought from Roth Rock Nissan with no problems or hassles that is until the one i eventually boug let me start by saying all my previous vehicles were bought from Roth Rock Nissan with no problems or hassles that is until the one i eventually bought a 2015 Nissan Altima..we were greeted by Blake we discussed what i wanted in a car he was polite and curtious he than passed me along to one of his sales people who started the process of getting me into my new car. After about 20 minutes we were again passed to another SALES PERSON who had me repeat everything over again,i told him i was using the equity in my current car a 2010 Nissan altima with 30,000 miles on it.oh in about 10 minutes i was passed off to another sales person my husband was getting angry about this time.grand total we were passed to at least 5 sales people that day and 6 hours later after finally agreeing on terms we were sent to the financial part and once there the deal struck with sales manger became void which at that point my husband and i just got up and walked, i am not an easy person to get mad but that day was so stressful on me i swore i would never ever buy from Roth rock again.This was a Saturday i just could not believe the lack of communication between salesman and the finance dept. When the finance dept. called the sales manger who agreed to terms he stated that that was not what he said so they lost a sale over a 15 dollar difference. i was so mad that they wasted my day with all the running around they put me and my husband through. NOW FOR the good part. the following Tuesday Blake reached out to me to try and remedy the situation, at first i wanted nothing to do with anything Roth rock had to say.But i put my bad experience on hold and listened to what Blake had to say and we came to a reasonable solution and i am now very happy about my new car. Blake went above and beyond to resolve the issue and i am very happy and i will continue to be a happy Roth Rock customer THANKS BLAKE More

They lie 01/17/15 Bought car at Rothrock on Plaza Lane in Allentown, PA Salesperson Jose Baret Assistant Sales Manager Kevin Doddy introduced himself during 01/17/15 Bought car at Rothrock on Plaza Lane in Allentown, PA Salesperson Jose Baret Assistant Sales Manager Kevin Doddy introduced himself during sale Autocheck report never mentioned or offered Specifically asked if anything was wrong with the car and was told no. March 2015 left front started making odd noises in area of wheel April 2015 engine stared to not start at full power – as if not firing on all cylinders. July 2015 backup camera started working only intermittently 9/9/15 car to Gateway Kia to fix back passenger seat that would not raise or lower. Could not fix – parts had to be ordered. 9/22/15 Driver’s side rear door will not open. 9/23/15 car to Gateway Kia to complete seat repair and look at door handle. Asked sales at Gateway to give us an estimate of trade in value. Was asked if car was in accident and told them no. Sales came back with a Carfax report showing car was in accident November 2011 with left front damage. Trade in value is only $10,000 due to that. 10/3/15 went to see Jose Baret at Rothrock and told him we were unhappy and would not have paid almost $18,000 for a car that had been in an accident. He said they did not know it had been in an accident. Asked him for trade in value and he offered $8000. He brought in Assistant Sales Manager Kevin Doddy who also told us that they did not know the car was in an accident. Became very indignant when told we felt they used deceptive sales practices and said “I have been doing this 14 years and have never deceived anyone” Jose stated that accidents are often reported up to 4 years afterwards. I went home and paid $20 to run an Autocheck report that clearly shows the accident was reported 11/16/11. That means that Rothrock not only knew the car was in an accident, they did not tell me when buying the car despite being asked if anything was wrong with the car and they lied to me on 10/3/15 when they said they did not know. More

They treated us like we were buying a $60,000 vehicle when we were purchasing a used vehicle. He helped us make our dream come true with a vehicle that suited our needs. He was very genuine and trustworthy!! I would send anyone to him to purchase a vehicle. The dealership was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything!! We are thankful that there is a dealership in our area that is laid back, helpful and want the best for their customers. We will positively keep going back to this dealership for future purchases and recommend them to anyone who is in the market to purchase a vehicle and positively send them to Dan "Doc" Hoffer for their purchase! They said yes, took my deposit then slammed me with the fine print that I have to pay $2000 in taxes. Almost $80 more then I imagined a month. Worst car buying experience. Thanks Rothrock. Honda has better deals. More
