Buying a New car My wife and I started buying cars from Rothrock back in 1996. We purchased a 2 door hatchback for my wife. A truck tire flew up, on RT 78, and busted My wife and I started buying cars from Rothrock back in 1996. We purchased a 2 door hatchback for my wife. A truck tire flew up, on RT 78, and busted up the front end of the car. We went back to Rothrock and talked to the salesman, who was Dean Rothrock, he worked out a tremendous deal for a new hatchback. We've purchased at least 8 cars from Rothrock since that time. We could not be any happier with a dealership than we are with Rothrock. We were there 3 weeks ago and saw Dean. He had them pull up a brand new 2016 Maxima to show us. We ended up buying the car that day, which was a Saturday. The car was so new off the truck is was not prepped so we had to pick it up Monday night after work. Car number nine(9) from Rothrock. They service all the cars we purchased there. I had problems with the brakes squealing on my 2011 Altima. They worked and worked and worked on that car until the brakes were totally fixed. The charge to me was about 5% of the total bill, the rest was free. I am sure it cost them over a grand in time and parts to fix those brakes. More

Was actually going to purchase at another dealer when Alex Wilson called and said he had a similar car I was looking for and better fit my budget. I actually went with the pricier model because not only did I want the other features, but just the whole experience with Alex, Chris and Ed was pleasant and easy going, and Alex really put some work into it, not to mention I knew I wanted to have my vehicle serviced there.
