5 years later My car shopping started almost 5 years ago with Barry Camfield. We were looking for a mini-van at the time but eventually decided on another car. As My car shopping started almost 5 years ago with Barry Camfield. We were looking for a mini-van at the time but eventually decided on another car. As time went by Barry would send e-mails,sometimes just to say " How is it going?" We even passed each other at pick up time for elementary school. Over time he would would e-mail some deals going on at Rothrock. When the time came to purchase a new certified used van, I had no doubt as to whom I was going to see.for this purchase. Barry asked the right questions, listened patiently and worked the deal. I am a very pleased customer ! Scott More

Love my new Car! Came here looking for a nice used car after being in a car accident and having my car totaled. I happened to fall in love with a Red 2003 Nissan Altima and the transaction was fast and very smooth. I love my new car and would/ will recommend this dealership to friends and family. Over promised Underdelivered I'll be as objective as possible. Sales process was ok. Definitely didn't wow me, but for the Jeep I was looking for, they had the best price. Emailed the general manager who sent me a nice letter stating if I had any questions, to email him. Never heard back from him or a man/woman named Corey. Brought my car in on a Sunday and now 10 days later, still no vehicle. Dealership has put me as the mediator b/w them and Chrysler. I was asked to get the diagnosis and pricing and relay it to Chrysler. A $48K jeep and they want me to do the leg work? No accountability whatsoever. I know if I had a client who paid for a product/service from me and paid $48K, I most certainly would feel inclined to help them and not take them for granted. What will I get in return? A manufactured email from Rothrock, posing as if they care about client relations, to talk to a manager about my issue. Newsflash, your own employees don't even know who the manager is. This is my 6th Jeep. Not only will I never endorse Rothrock again, I will no longer endorse Jeep whastoeevr. You would have thought they would have improved by leaps and bounds after the acquisition with Fiat, but it's just not the case. I can't find one good thing to say about either. Buyer beware...these jeeps rust and the dealership will tell you it's self-inflicted. Much better bang for your buck out there. More
