I Won With Rothrock Nissan! I was close to the end of my lease and had visited this dealership for a PA Commonwealth Inspection and Emissions Service. I had the chance to walk ar I was close to the end of my lease and had visited this dealership for a PA Commonwealth Inspection and Emissions Service. I had the chance to walk around for a few minutes looking at the new Nissan models. After a short time I was approached by a sales person, John Borchert, and in a few minutes I was no longer a "Tire Kicker" but a "buyer". I was initially interested in a 370Z and John offered a test drive which I took. I like the car, very much, but due to time constraints I had to leave the dealership, promising to contact John the next day. I gave John my number and like a good salesman he followed up the next day. I returned and found I was just too tall to be comfortable in the Z. I moved onto and Murano and after a test drive, I felt that was the car for me. We began the process of "the deal" and in a short time, Bill the Sales Manager came up with a deal I could not refuse. I took delivery the next day. The delivery went very smoothly and John made sure I was happy with the auto and the price. My next stop was F&I and that went very well also. Lastly I was in the hands of Ms. Beers who is the person who takes all the time you need to understand the operation of your new car. She too has a great personality, patience and understands her product very well. I drove off into the sunset a happy customer.
