Still waiting...Paulette Helman I wipe the inside of my jeeps window..for the first time in my brand new jeep in February..found scratches on the inside of the window.. Took it to ro I wipe the inside of my jeeps window..for the first time in my brand new jeep in February..found scratches on the inside of the window.. Took it to rothrock 3/5/15...they submitted images..nobody gets back to me 2 weeks later on I go in to the service dept .still no answer. I was told I needed to wait for Chrysler rep..to come there and show it to them. I continue to call every week to find out any information regarding this Chrysler representative. Then bill from the service dept calls me and says they have my phone number they will call me. Now it another 2 weeks nothing.. Really almost 2 months....I sick of the run around from Rothrock.. Plus it's impossible to talk to an actual person there when you call nobody ever answers the phone .. How do older customers that don't have a computer make an appointment or get through....so mad....first time buying a car here.. Next time I'll go back to brown daub...... Plus when I had my vehicle service in March they needed to keep my vehicle over night to fix all the computer errors..they give me a rental car.. The rental car from there service called valley rental ..takes me for 10 dollars on gas . I get a receipt in the mail.. In which I filled to the level when I picked it up.. I called like 10 times nobody gets back to you ..even went in the manger Patrick Jeffers, and says somebody will get back to me in few hours.. We'll it a month now....unbelievable..I have own 4 brand new cars ..this is the worst service ever...I must say that Bill is friendly Thanks Rothrock I love the scratches on the inside window...less then 3000 miles I am so happy NOT More

They pretty muchf told me to go elsewhere to buy a vehicle from another dealer since they offered me a better deal. Or to let the other dealer buy my vehicle and I could then come back and buy theirs. They have Edmunds TMV on their website and they don't pay attention to what information it provides. I will never consider this dealer again for a new car, cash purchase. As if they care. More

No matter where we went, we have always had a bad experience with salesmen and sales managers who were rude and pushy, and dealt with us in a way that was an insult to our intelligence.
