We went in with what we wanted a lease picked the car trading our car Lease is dodge 1995 down 99 dollars a month they offered us 1700 for our car so we would have 200 to put down for the lease right no way that would be our car plusssss 1995 down if we didnt it would cost us 179 a month for dart lease we were there for 2hrs and never were told about xtra fees for bank acquisition and dealer fees totaling guess what what our trade was worth roughly 1700 Two hours until we were told that. I would call that misleading at the least and not professional at all I will not recommend Rothrock Dealership to anyone who asks about it More
i wanted to go to a close dealer to my home incase something i went to closest Dodge dealer from my house. My only complaint was the amount of time it took for my car to actually get to me. The online monitoring never was accurate, intact even now i have my car the online link says it is still in Shipping. i waited over 5 months for this car that i couldn't order till this year. I have about 30 days left before the new cars come out. I sort expected some kind of saving from the dealer for the wait of this car. The longest was supposed to be 8 weeks. How can entire car be built in 8 weeks but matching paint took almost twice as line. Could the deanship have delivery even by offering me a loaner car for the month of June? The car should have been here by May 31. I also can run my smart radio in the car, because I didn't get the owners manual for the car to look up how the entire system works. More

Matt listened intently to our request for features we wished to have in our Ram. He was friendly and down to earth. Matt was knowledgeable and professional. We felt as though we were talking to someone we had known for years! Rothrock had exactly what we were looking for on their lot, with dozens of vehicles and options to choose from. We were provided excellent value for our trade and the lowest interest rate of any dealer we had visited. While our paperwork was completed, we enjoyed a comfortable environment while waiting in the showroom. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful and exceedingly professional. We were taken through the purchase of our vehicle by a team of associates in the sales, management, appraisal, finance and delivery of our Ram. All of these individuals worked seamlessly together to make our purchase smooth. Weston intricately explained the details of our financing with patience and professionalism. Dawn jumped right in the truck with us to break down all of it's functions and knobs and familiarize us with everything in the vehicle. We had spent our morning at another dealership with whom we had spent three days negotiating and driven an hour and a half to finalize the deal. We were met with too many unexpected changes upon our arrival.... Our trade suddenly went down, our payment and interest rate went up... When we were looking to trade in our Jeep Liberty (which we purchased at Rothrock) for something with better gas mileage, we automatically thought of going to Rothrock. We have a dealership in our town (Rentschler in Slatington), and we did look there; however we always knew we would end up at Rothrock to purchase. We have dealt with Jose as our Sales Consultant for almost all of our new vehicles purchases in that time frame. He is beyond helpful, friendly, and definitely knows what he is doing. He works with us until we get the deal we feel we deserve. I would, and have, recommended both Rothrock and Jose to people that have told me they're thinking of purchasing a new vehicle. Brendan is competent, knowledgable and easy to work-no hard pressure and always able to listen to the requests of me, his customer, to make a great deal. The new building was very comfortable, clearly designed to improve the customer experience. I worked with Dan Fritzinger, who had been helpful to us in the past. Owner Dean Rothrock also spent considerable time visiting with me. We talked about his plans for the dealership, and some interests that we share. We had first met when we purchased the Murano, a year and a half ago. It was amazing that he remembered details of our original conversation, as if it was yesterday. He made me feel as if I was a real friend. The best assurance of a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction is knowing that people truly care, listen, and do what it takes. We have no doubt that if we ever have a problem, it will be solved. When the time comes to buy another car, we will not even have to think about going anywhere else.
