A Dream Come True.. I honestly didn't think there was a chance that I could find the car I wanted with the terms I required to remain fiscally responsible. Having purcha I honestly didn't think there was a chance that I could find the car I wanted with the terms I required to remain fiscally responsible. Having purchased a new car at Rothrock 14 years earlier, I decided to take a chance and start a search with them again. All I can say is -- from the moment I walked in the showroom to ask a few questions about leasing, to the moment I drove "Ruby" (my beautiful red 2014 Nissan Sentra!) off the lot, I was listened to...respected...supported and, overall, treated like family. Sales Manager, Blake, was completely available when I walked in to explain how leasing works to me. Based on my financial details, he connected me to Matt Kunsman who tirelessly worked on my behalf to find the right fit. Once I found "Ruby", I was introduced to Tom the leasing manager for Nissan. For what seemed like just a short while, Tom had me approved for the terms I could handle comfortably. As an aside, I will say that I performed due diligence in going to one or two other dealerships for other makes. When I showed them the deal I was getting at Rothrock, they just shook their heads and said they couldn't beat it! What more validation did I need than that!!!? I drove Ruby home last night and I feel like a kid on Christmas morning!! THANK YOU EVERYONE at Rothrock for a painless, seamless, encouraging and joyful experience! I found a car that better suits my payments and price. I walked around the lot in Allentown a few weeks ago and fell in love with a 07 Mazda 3. Doc Hoffer was relaxed and helpful through the whole process. Allowing me to take the car for a test drive and then talking numbers, he also went out of his way to get me approved. The whole experience was very relaxed, unlike some dealerships. I left a deposit on the Mazda 3, which after I called and cancelled was nicely returned to me without a issue. Like I stated before I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership but the overall service up to that point was great!
