Had a wonderful experience with Matthew and Stephen at Rothrock. I searched online for what I wanted in a minivan on Chryslers website. Chrysler contacted me and said that Rockrock has what I wanted. Chrysler scheduled my appointment for that same day. I arrived at Rockrock and was met by Jill Scollo and Stephen Christine. The minivan I was interested in was in the showroom. Matthew then pulled up a minivan very similar to the one I was interested in. He showed us the ins and outs of the van. Stephen then had me test drive the van. After all that, I was then ready to sign paperwork. Sadly it was starting to get late, so we had to leave due to it was our kids bedtime. They said they will contact me the next day to let me know if I got approved for a small loan on the van. I didn't hear back from them for a while so I figured they may have forgotten about me. Nope, they where working hard to get me the best price per month. I arrived the next day (two day later) super excited. Matt greeted me and my family at the door. He was very helpful and so was Stephen. Both worked very hard to make us happy. They made us feel like we where family. I honestly can not think of another dealership like this. Everyone was helpful, polite, and not pushy like some other dealerships are. While we went ahead and signed the paperwork, another wonderful women (Dawn) came out and showed me the van I purchased. My kids took to a liking of her very much. After all the paperwork, Matt went ahead and filled the vans gas tank up and also answered all of our questions. When I'm ready to purchase another vehicle, I will be using Rothrock again. Hopefully in another 5-6 years. If Matthew and Stephen is still their, I'd use them again. I will have family members come and look for vehicles their shortly. Thank you again Matthew and Stephen. You guys are the best! More

His personality and style is what convinced us to buy the car. We would definitely buy another car from him as well as refer others to him. He was down to earth and brought a small hometown feel to a large dealership. Thanks Tom! More

We were very impressed with the overall attention that we were given by our salesman Brian Scharadin, and Matt Kunsman, and one of the Sales Managers, Blake, who spent almost 8 hrs that day to find the corre were given by our salesman Brian Scharadin, and Matt Kunsman, and one of the Sales Managers, Blake, who spent almost 8 hrs that day to find the correct car that could be towed 4-wheel down behind our new RV. They perservered with us as we debated the color more than the model, although we were limited to a Jeep and the Dodge Dart. We were actually on our way home from a weekend trip to Albany, NY, when we noticed the tremendous size of the car inventory that we could see from Route 22 as we drove by. We were headed to Limerick, Pa., to visit various car dealers to purchase a vehicle for our specific purpose of towing behind our new RV, but when we entered the showroom, we were promptly greeted by Brian, whose personality of not being a pressure salesman was most appreciated. He immediately requested what we were looking for, and proceeded to show us many models, test driving 2, and then setteling on the Dodge Dart. Unfortunately, it was freezing cold that day, and he had to make several trips around the lot to bring back cars for us to see, so to that we appreciated his hard work to please us. We arrived at 1:30 PM, and finally left at 9:45 PM, after working with Michael Akutah, who completed all the necessary paper work for our purchase. We came back on Thursday to pick up the car and Matt Kunsman spent almost an hour describing all of the amenities of the car before we left the lot. We actually became good friends with the some of the sales force while spending over 8 hrs. searching for the right car. This was our first new car purchase since our 98 Explorer and our 2003 Escalade, all purchased new, that we had to deal with automobile salesmen, and it was indeed a pleasurable experience. We had a terrible experience with Rothrock and will NEVER buy a car there. Was working a deal with Carl, agreed to a price on Monday supposed to buy car on Friday. Very poor communication with Carl, asked him about 4 times to email me the price we agreed upon since it was only verbal over the phone. Never responded to me, never gave me an email with the price. Tells my husband on Thursday that he will have the car we want on Firday morning, closing the deal Friday at 7:30pm. Friday at 3:30pm he has the nerve to call and say he doenst have the car and tries to sell me one for more money. I was warned about buying from rothrock and this just justifies what everyone had told me. You just lost a sale. More
