RETURNED TO DEALER BECAUSE RUBEN STEERED ME INTO A PERFECTLY SUITED CAR PREVIOUSLY. KNEW RUBEN WOULD BE FAIR AND HELPFUL WITH SELECTION. HE EVEN SUGGESTED A LESS EXPENSIVE OPTION COMPARING FUEL ECONO PERFECTLY SUITED CAR PREVIOUSLY. KNEW RUBEN WOULD BE FAIR AND HELPFUL WITH SELECTION. We shared conce This is a follow-up to our original review of Rothrock. On Oct. 24,2012, we dropped off our new car at Rothrock for warranty work. We shared concerns about 2 other issues with our salesman, Bob V. When we picked up the car the next evening, Bob told us it would take 2 weeks for them to get an answer from a factory rep to let us know what could be done to remedy these concerns. Now, one month later, we haven't heard from Bob. This only becomes a bigger issue because when we called Bob to have the original warranty work done, we weren't contacted for 2 weeks and WE called to see what the problem was. Bob was very apologetic for the lack of communication, but now it has happened again. When we first purchased the car at the end of July, Bob called us a few times to remind us about filling out this survey (at dealerrater)and how he would really appreciate an excellent rating/recommendation from us. And we did. Now WE need our vehicle to be taken care of and once again, there has been no communication. It seems that once the sale is made, that is all that they care about. I would not recommend Rothrock. More

I'd like to start off by saying I really do not enjoy shopping for a vehicle, due to the high pressure salesmen I'm accustom to having. However I cannot say it this time. From my choosing/test driving to the negotiation of the final price to the paperwork I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience. My sales person Jose Baret not only was very polite, knowledgable, and thorough he went the extra mile to made this the best buying experence I've ever had. Jose is definitely an asset to the Rothrock dealership. I will have no problem recommending Rothrock, and my husband will be looking for a vehicle in the future and he stated to me he wants to go back to Rothrock. Doc and Brian epitomize what customer service is all about. They both were very interested in us, polite, sincere, knowledgeable and "down to earth". I highly recommend both of these men. Doc was upfront about everything, worked to get us a good price, and more than addressed our concerns. Brian was also very upfront about everything and tailored a program to fit our needs.
