As I mentioned above, I was very pleased with the deal and courtesy I received during the purchase of our new town & country. I have taken my cars to Rothrock for service, but I always feel like they are looking to find something wrong with the car, which always makes me nervous. I am not alone with my feelings, other people I have talked to say the same thing not only about Rothrock, but other dealer services. How can we be assured that we are not paying for excessive services just so the service techs meet there quota. I do not mean to be so blunt, but these days, everyone is watching there spending.
