We have purchased quite a few cars from Rothrock and Frank has been the sales associate we have always dealt with. We had been thinking of purchasing a new car but we weren't sure what dealership to go Frank has been the sales associate we have always dealt with. We then received a letter stating that he was back at Rothrock and the decision was made to once again deal with him. Frank has always been very friendly and is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he always went the extra mile for us. Frank is an exceptional employee and we will continue to tell our friends and families that if they want to deal with an honest, friendly and knowledgeable sales associate, go to Rothrock and ask for Frank. Went to Rothrock to purchase to new Jeep Wrangler. Frank Petrole was our Sales Associate. We went for test drives in two separate Wrangler. Frank had alot of knowledge on both vehicles. The jeep was given in excellent condition when we picked it up. Frank made sure that most of the paperwork was completed before we arrived for pickup so we wouldn't have to wait. Overall I say Frank was a pleasure to work with. If I know someone who would like to make a purchase at Rothrock, I would recommend Frank as the sales associate. More

Good experience. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted in a new car and were treated with courtesy. The price was a little better than we expected, and we realized that by purchasing a basic vehicle with few amenities, the dealer has little room to offer much in the way of cost reduction. We have no complaints about the price. Although you can often hear terrible stories about "the finance guy" at car dealerships (I have my own story about one at a different local dealership), we did not find that here. Steve was courteous and professional. If we need future vehicles, we will definitely consider Rothrock as a good resource. More
