We got the ball rolling, and Kevin answered all of my questions, and he was a super tutor for me to learn about all of the new gadgets in my vehicle. My last car purchase was in 1997, so a lot has changed! Even though I hadn't driven my trade-in to the lot, I was able to drive my new Rogue home, and Kevin picked up my Grand Caravan the next day. My appointment for NANO service was able to be scheduled for the day after purchase,which worked best for me.
