My overall rating for the Rothrock dealership is "excellent". Salesmanship sells the dealership and Dan "Doc" Hoffer represented Rothrock with great customer service and professionalism. Doc is a no "excellent". Salesmanship sells the dealership and Dan "Doc" Hoffer represented Rothrock with great customer service and professionalism. Doc is a no nonsense guy and we together we sealed a fair deal in just a couple of hours. We came to an agreement on my lunch hour and then Doc handled all the other purchase details via fax and phone with ease. Doc was also very attentive and his responses were timely. My vehicle was ready for delivery as promised. After I took delivery I noticed a cosmetic concern on the body fender, Doc had the body shop guys correct it immediately while I was at the dealership so that I didn't have to make another appointment and come back. So, overall, sales experience was great, all of my questions and concerns were addressed and I would recommend the process this dealer has set up. More

Mr. Ventrello went above and beyond any expectation my husband and I had when we purchased our 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. From the moment we entered the dealership to the moment we drove away with our new husband and I had when we purchased our 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. From the moment we entered the dealership to the moment we drove away with our new Jeep, we were treated like friends rather than customers. It truly was the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had! Our son Matthew was with us and he too was so impressed he plans to do business with Bob and Rothrock in the future too. From the moment he introduced himself, Kevin was very friendly and accomodating to all of my needs. I went to Rothrock to look at new vehicles, and found that I really liked the Nissan Rogue. The test dr friendly and accomodating to all of my needs. I went to Rothrock to look at new vehicles, and found that I really liked the Nissan Rogue. The test drive and various features hooked me! We got the ball rolling, and Kevin answered all of my questions, and he was a super tutor for me to learn about all of the new gadgets in my vehicle. My last car purchase was in 1997, so a lot has changed! Even though I hadn't driven my trade-in to the lot, I was able to drive my new Rogue home, and Kevin picked up my Grand Caravan the next day. My appointment for NANO service was able to be scheduled for the day after purchase,which worked best for me. Even though I keep my vehicles a long time, I have been and will remain a Rothrock customer. More

This was my second buying experience with rothrock. The process was quick and easy from the very beginning. Andy knew what we were looking for and gave us a great deal. Shortly after taking my car home I process was quick and easy from the very beginning. Andy knew what we were looking for and gave us a great deal. Shortly after taking my car home I had a very peculiar issue. I panicked thinking I bought this car as is no warranty and its a Volvo! This was going to cost a fortune. Andy came to our rescue and actually worked with my husband to get it fixed. Rather than several thousand dollars it was a mere few hundred and I'm on the go again. Andy rrealllly restored my faith in this company and we definitely will deal with them again as long as he's there More

Bought a used car from Steve and wasn't completely satisfied with the performance of the vehicle. Steve took it upon himself to go to great lengths to find me something I would be totally happy with. satisfied with the performance of the vehicle. I would recommend any searching a vehicle to go and visit Rothrock. Your experience begins from the lot of the dealership. I was greated in a professional manner and asked how may I be helped. I went to Rothrock in search of a per-owned reliable vehicle. Not long after entering the office Mr. Baret introduced himself and the search for my vehicle started. Mr. Baret listen and took down information as of to the make, model, and range of car years I was interested in viewing. Mr. Baret was very knowledgeable about the inventory Rothrock have. We tested drive a couple of options presented. Overall, Mr. Baret took his time and was able to presented all the features and more in a vehicle which I was looking for. Mr. Amill also took the time in explaining detail by detail of the documents involved. Both these gentlemen are assets to Rothrock. I will definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a new, pre-owned or lease a vehicle to shop at Rothrock. It was a satisifying experience. More
