Found a used car on-line that was everything I was looking for in a car and emailed the dealer for information. Received a phone call from Jill from Rothrock by the day and made an appointment to go looking for in a car and emailed the dealer for information. Received a phone call from Jill from Rothrock by the day and made an appointment to go and see the vehicle. Jill was very pleasant and professional. We were greeted warmly by sales person, Kevin Doddy, and our experience with him only got better from that point on. It indicated that it was a certified pre-owned vehicle which was one of the deciding factors in going to Rothrock Motors. We ended up finding out that they had not even had a chance to certify the vehicle and that it would take some time for them to do that. Also we had a vehicle to trade in that basically would have to be towed in. Both Kevin Doddy and Ed Long did everything they could to give us a fair price for a trade in, get the vehicle certified and get the car prepared for us to take home that day. We LOVE the vehicle and truly had a wonderful experience with Rothrock and Kevin Doddy and Ed Long. We will recommend all of them to all of our friends and family. More

I had interest in learning more about the various Jeep Grand Cherokee models so I stopped at Rothrock and met Bob Ventrello. He took alot of time to show me the various models in detail, including test driving. The Overland Summit was my favorite. Bob had no hesitation letting me take it approx 30min away to my home so my wife could see it. He met her, our dogs, etc. Point being, he was very patient and gave me/us all the time we needed to make a decision. When it came to final pricing and trade-in, they were very competitive. I would not have gotten a better deal elsewhere, I'm sure. They were easy to work with and made the process very comfortable. Business Manager, Brian Amill, was very experienced and prepared as well. Overall, the entire experience was a pleasure and I would not hesitate to buy from them again as well as refer others. More

I had an amazing experience while purchasing my 2012 Nissan Altima. From first meeting Edwin Serrano, to leaving with our new car, I was thrilled with the customer service at Rothrock. Edwin was extreme Nissan Altima. From first meeting Edwin Serrano, to leaving with our new car, I was thrilled with the customer service at Rothrock. Edwin was extremely personable, patient with our questions, and did not rush us through any part of the process. Being rushed while either looking for, or purchasing a new vehicle, is one of my biggest pet peeves. I would not have purchased one at Rothrock, had I felt rushed to get the deal complete. Nissan was offering a great price on the 2012, with the new model coming out and Edwin kept in touch with me to inform me of the incentives/rebates occurring at the time. Edwin is truly an asset to Rothrock, and we will definitely return to Rothrock for our next vehicle. Also, due to the exceptional customer service, we will highly recommend this dealership to others.
