I had a great experience at Rothrock sales as I have always had when coming in for general maintenence on all of my cars. This last experience on Monday was sort of unexpected for me because I was not always had when coming in for general maintenence on all of my cars. This last experience on Monday was sort of unexpected for me because I was not ready to buy a CAR BUT OUT OF NECESSITY I had to. Kevin Doddy was my saleman, and believe me Kevin knows just about everything there is to know about cars and the shopping experience. Kevin guided me along the way even though I was reluctant because my 2006 Quest disappointed me, and I had great love for that car too. Kevin worked with me patiently, and the agreement was now for me to purchase a 2012 certified pre-owned Altima. There was no pressure, no twisting of the arms, just patience, guidance, and the willingness to answer all of my questions. I see why Kevin is assistant Manager. Kevin is very good at what he does, and he deserve to be in the managerial position he is in. Before I forget I also want to acknowlge the new apprentice that Kevin was mentoring. His name was Ryan and I'm sorry Ryan for forgetting your last name; but I want to say how nice and pleasant Ryan was and accomodating to me by asking me questions, and just sitting with me during the process. Then Mike Akutah at the end was so nice and pleasant I felt like we had known each other for a long time, we had some good laughs together. Thank you Mike because you are also on your way up the Corporate Ladder like Kevin is I hope because you equally deserve it. Also don't let me forget Dan in service; because Dan is always so nice to me, and I always look for him when I come in. Thank you Dan, and the shuttle gentleman was also so nice to me, and he drove me right to my door. You know I have been coming to Rothrock at least 20 years, and I will always be coming to Rothrock. Also please don't let me forget Valerie when I make my appointments. Valerie is so sweet, an we always have some laughs whenever I call, she is the best. More
I was looking for a Dodge Magnum RT AWD and this dealership was one of the few in the area that had one for sale. Alvie Fennell was the salesman that worked with me and he spent a lot of time showin dealership was one of the few in the area that had one for sale. Alvie Fennell was the salesman that worked with me and he spent a lot of time showing me the vehicle and answering my questions. It was refreshing to have a salesman at a dealership that didn't rush me through the process or constantly ask me questions that worked to their advantage. Even though I didn't end up purchasing this vehicle from Rothrock (I found one with lower miles for the same price), I would still go back the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. Despite not purchasing this vehicle, I decided to write this comment due to the excellent customer service I recieved during my time at Rothrock. More

Normally I don't take the time to write reviews however I received such exemplary service that I felt I owed it to the dealership and the general public to make it known that Rothrock Jeep is hands down the received such exemplary service that I felt I owed it to the dealership and the general public to make it known that Rothrock Jeep is hands down the best dealership I've ever been to. I went to over five different car dealerships in the Reading PA area and went as far as to put a deposit down on a Jeep at one of them. The Reading dealership told me that Jeep Wrangler's were extremely hard to come buy at this time of year but that they would "pull some strings" to find me one. When they failed to deliver my Wrangler as promised for the better part of a week I called Rothrock Jeep in Allentown PA and they accomplished more over the phone in an hour then the other dealerships (with my money already deposited) in a whole entire week. Andy (assistant manager) was young, charismatic, and knowledgeable. He related to me on a personal level and made me feel as though he cared more about me getting the car I wanted than getting my money. He located a jeep for me, adjusted the pricing to fit my needs, and offered me top dollar for my trade in all because he understood how much it meant to me to finally get in a Wrangler. Andy stayed all night to personally inspect my car and to make sure the sale went through as promised and he referred me to Bob who is one of their senior sale staff. Bob kept the ball rolling by fluidly taking care of all of my paperwork and making me feel right at home. He walked myself and my friend around the parking lot and told us stories about the owner of Rothrock and some of the cars he personally had on display. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and he facilitated the whole process flawlessly. Next up was the finance guy Mike. Mike was the least boring money man I've ever dealt with. He had great knowledge and was easy to talk to. When it came down to sign off on my payments he helped me by showing me every advantage to the different packages and even told me his honest opinions on which route to go. All in all I had an awesome experience with Rothrock and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I'm recommending them to all of my friends and it was worth driving the extra hour to meet so many good, honest, and decent people. Thanks again Andy & Co! More
Barry Campfield was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable on all the vehicles I had inquired about. Barry couldn't do enough to get me into the right vehicle. I had such a great experience with working with Barry that I had my boyfriend work with Barry to buy a Challenger a few weeks later. Bob Ventrello is the reason why I tell all my friends "Go to Rothrock" I have purchased 4 trucks with him and his team. He is polite, caring and very fair. Bob spent 1 hour on the phone with Sirrus radio just to make sure it was working correctly for us. He then took the time to pre-set the stations for us when he could have been working to make more sales. He called us the next day to ask us if we were enjoying our new truck and made him self available on a Sunday if we needed him. I could bye a truck anywhere, but Bob KEEPS US COMMING BACK TO ROTHROCK. We feel like valued customers at this dealership and the personal all are very friendly and polite. Bill Taylor. More
I had stopped at Rothrock looking for a Dodge Ram pickup, I spoke with Barry Camfield I mentioned to him that my wife was leaning toward a Jeep Patriot, this was around 10:00AM and my wife would not get off I spoke with Barry Camfield I mentioned to him that my wife was leaning toward a Jeep Patriot, this was around 10:00AM and my wife would not get off work till noon he mentioned why don’t you take a Patriot home to pick up your wife, he grabbed the key’s to a beautiful grey fully loaded Patriot (this caught me by surprise not many dealers will give you keys and say pick up your wife, have fun, see you when you get back) my wife fell in love with the vehicle, but it was my decision since the vehicle was to replace my 1997 Ford F150 I decided on the Dodge Ram, Barry reviewed all the features on both vehicles and the benefits of the dealership and answered all questions I had. I have purchased new vehicles in the past and this was by far the most positive experience I have ever had with a sales representative. More
Kevin was an excellent salesperson to deal with. His knowledge and expertise is second to none. I have purchased 2 cars from him now and my father has purchased quite a few more. We visited quite a few dealerships and websites when we were looking for our vehicle but the bottom line is it came down to the salesperson. Bob was hands down the best, most knowledgable, attentive and p were looking for our vehicle but the bottom line is it came down to the salesperson. Bob was hands down the best, most knowledgable, attentive and patient sales person I have come accross. Bob took the time and explained every detail of our new vehicle.
