Literally waiting on the phone for over an hour to speak with a manager. As I write this review. Rothrock does not care what happens once you leave their lot. No car used car dealership does.. Rothrock we have provided all the information you needed to prove the car has been maintained. A matter of fact we put over $2000 worth of work. By the time we are done paying for the 2014 Kia Sorento LX that we bought from you 6 months ago. THE suv will cost almost $20,000! We would have done better renting a car, but we trusted your salesman Jose who claims KIAS are great! HE claims people drive them all over Dominican Republic. i told my significat other not to do it. Jose told him about the extended warrantry. CAR BROKE DOWN AND THEY HAVE HAD US IN CIRCLES FOR 5 MONTHS. Kia headquarters will be next. Attorney general, the better business bureau, plantfeeback. We will reach out to the local news if I have to. Make it right. WE have all our paperwork! Pointblank! We should be covered. UPDATE< just got of the phone with the manager. No help and contradicted himself over and over until, finally he said "ma'am, I cant help you" JUST BUY A NEW CAR FROM A REAL DEALERSHIP!!!! More
Sales personnel were very pushy. I felt accosted. I like to think things over, but there was strong insistence that I make the purchase THAT DAY. They would not take my credit card I felt accosted. They would not take my credit card for the full down payment, so I was required to write a check for which I did not have adequate funds on hand. Since I needed to move money into that account, I was promised that the check would not be deposited for a few days. That was an outright lie!. The check was deposited the next business day and caused my account to be overdrawn. I am not happy at all with the duplicity of this situation. I would not recommend going to Rothrocks to just see what inventory is available. More
