His hard sell on an extended warranty was unnecessary and almost prevented me from buying the vehicle. Also the finance guy "mistaking" the sales price on the purchase and sale form to a higher price was rather dubious and left me with doubting his honesty. More

Condescending Kevin Came to view a used car that’s price seemed too good to be true. Called ahead to see if there was anything wrong with the car to warrant such a price Came to view a used car that’s price seemed too good to be true. Showed up and viewed the car to find it had a a large stain on the passenger seat and an oily smell. When I asked why that wasn’t included in the photos, Kevin told us “I’m not in charge of the photos online.” Duh, sales manager Kevin, but we asked and drove two hours for this so a heads up would’ve been nice. We asked about it being reupholstered and be suggested a seat cover. For a five digit car, I shouldn’t have to worry about having to hide gross seats from my passengers. “Seat covers are cheap, I’ll give you the ten dollars for one”. Kevin, again, I’m trying to give you five digits for this car, I don’t need your charity. All In all, not fun to work with this guy, or any of the Bochs in Norwood. More
