Three and a half hours later I needed to leave and Antonio was extremely helpful in rushing the service to my car completed and the individual servicing my vehicle was running behind. Nevertheless, the service was completed and, despite the delay, I am happy with the service.

Three hours for oil change is unacceptable. Tuesday morning with an appointment. Truly poor service. I’m told you had wrong filter. All that time then you check off tires need rotating after you give me back the vehicle 3 hours later, really! You couldn’t send a guy to go pick one up?

My wife leased a brand new 2026 Nissan Frontier and I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Express.
