The website does not state either that the reconditioning fee is added to the price or that Nissan Financing is required. At the very least your disclosures are lacking and require improvement

I suggest you read one of the used car adds to satisfy yourself that there is disclosure of either the reconditioning fee being added to the price and/or the requirement to finance via Nissan Finance. I am stating that disclosure is not on advertisement.
