PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT Jesus in the service department made my day. I was able to drop off my car, get a ride back to work(from George), get picked up from work(also Geor Jesus in the service department made my day. I never received the copy of recommendations that the service advisor read to me in an attempt to drive up the price of the appointment—just a duplicate copy indicating that this service was gratis. I phoned Service Director, Steve Sheldon, asking him to phone me when I got home and he never did. Such shoddy treatment and disrespect from them all around. More

Customer Service at its best! I had an appointment at Town Fair Tire in Norwood to get my tires rotated. Even with an appointment I was told it was going to be at least two hours! I had an appointment at Town Fair Tire in Norwood to get my tires rotated. Even with an appointment I was told it was going to be at least two hours! I said thank you and left. I called Nissan which was right down the street and was told to come on down, so I did! It just happened to be Customer Appreciation Week as well, so while I waited for my tire rotation AND oil change, I was treated to some delicious cookies and drinks. The waiting area was very comfortable, I had access to Wi-Fi and the Service Attendant was very attentive (Jesus was his name). Jesus would come and update me periodically. The entire process took about 1 1/2 hours and was painless. I was not inhaling stinky rubber tires during that time either! So, yes, I would recommend Nissan in Norwood. They're the BEST! More
