The service advisor told me to fix it but when I went to pick it up I spoke to George rizkalla and he told me the car was a total loss and they could offer me a deal if I was to buy a new car from them? I had the car jumped and got a new battery that is what the problem was ! I just don’t know how going in for service can turn into such a crap show this has been the worst experience ever !!! Ohh and on top of everything they tried charging me 250 dollars to tell me ya we don’t know might be the battery ! I complained and they charged me 125 it should have been free after All the hassle More

Misled I was told my service was for only front roters and brakes and would total about $650. I arrived to a $1,100+ bill.
