Damage to the nose by dealer from installing the front plate with wrong screws. Damaged “ new car” and brush off about it . I have to spend another day and drive back to fix. ? The damage you did to my new car. Honestly am shocked at the horrible service that this dealership provided. And unfortunate that no one will probably follow up and make this right. More

Find the excuse the vibration is a “characteristic” of the vehicle as complete laziness especially when he has never ridden a mile in the vehicle. I will take my service needs elsewhere. More

They identified right away that there was something not secure under the hood and assumed that was the noise. When I tried to explain that this wouldn't explain why the noise is under the car and is louder when accelerating, they acted dismissive ("mansplaining" anyone?). They said they drove it around the lot and didn't hear anything. Was the exhaust system looked at? Did anyone drive it for a few minutes at a higher speed?As soon I picked up speed on the highway heading home, there is the noise as loud as ever. Now I need to bring it back. More
