I requested to test drive a car they had for sale while my car was being serviced. The sales person asked if I was going to buy the car. I told him I wanted to compare it to my current car to see if there was a noticeable difference and if there was I would consider buying it. After I gave him my liscence he went to his manager and returned to tell me the manager refused my test drive stating he didn’t want to put miles on the car. I was insulted and they lost a poteyssle. My direct salesperson was Dekey, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout. I paid a little more for the car than I wanted to, but upon reflection I did get a good deal and got the exact car I wanted at a good price. Keith and Ian, the sales managers I worked with, were instrumental in that happening. The facility is nice and convenient to my work and I plan on getting the car serviced there. I’ve had the car for almost 2 weeks now and am very happy I bought another Nissan. More

Had to come fix something meant to be fixed the first time. My service associate took the correct notes and I paid almost $1600 to have it all fixed. I picked my car up and it was still squeaking. I called back My service associate took the correct notes and I paid almost $1600 to have it all fixed. I picked my car up and it was still squeaking. I called back to make an appointment because it should’ve been fixed the first time there should be no need for me to return to have it serviced the next day. When I returned I was told that my brakes were incorrectly measured by the person who worked on my car which is why it did not get fixed the first time. I was upset because that’s not my fault and I shouldn’t have to pay for something I had no part in. They gave me 50% off and I had to pay $230 but I feel as though it should’ve been free of charge because it was not my mess up. More
Waited a long time for no apparent reason When I called to set up an appointment for a factory required safety upgrade. I was told 1-2 hours max. Arrived at the scheduled time, left my car & When I called to set up an appointment for a factory required safety upgrade. I was told 1-2 hours max. Arrived at the scheduled time, left my car & went into waiting room. 2 hours later, I was told my car did not need the safety upgrade. They made me wait the entire 2 hours & didn’t do a darn thing I was very upset. No apologies, no excuses. Nothing!!! They’ll never see me again. More
