I ha I found my adorable Chevy Spark on Car Gurus around the end of November which led me to Boch Nissan in Norwood and purchased this past January. I have been meaning to write this review ever since! When I put in my inquiry on Car Gurus in November and received a response within an hour from Steven at Boch, I was already skeptical because the car had such low mileages at a great price. I kept expecting to hear, that car is gone. Due to health issues, I had to cancel a few appointments which is why I didn’t get there until January. I probably wasn’t the nicest person to deal with in email, but Steven always remained professional and surprisingly not pushy at all. The day of my appt, as well as in days leading up to it, I received a couple reminders with directions which were helpful. It’s a beautiful building with large doors and sort of intimidating, but the second I stepped inside, I was greeted warmly at the desk by the kind receptionist whose name I regret I no longer have. There was already a file made for me based on my emails with Steven and my very pleasant salesperson Sydney Riendieu (sp?) was also right there to greet me. No time wasted, it was refreshing! We went to a table where I explained to her my situation as I did to Steve, stating I would be realistic, but do not want to play games. Made sure the price of the car and the mileage were as advertised (they were!) and after 5 minutes went on our test drive. The car was everything I thought it would be so now the dreaded negotiations were to begin (according to my past experiences)... Except, it didn’t happen like that. No back and forth to Sydney’s manager on price, the price was the price! Instead, I was brought into the manager George Rizkalla’s office where we discussed my financing. He put me immediately at ease and genuinely cared about helping me, not just make a sale for the sake of a sale. I watched as he made some calls right in front of me to talk through my specific circumstances with a couple of banks (I have NEVER seen this done before!) and got me financed. I knew I wouldn’t get the best rate, but he also got me much lower than what I thought I would get! There was a glitch with their printer when we went to another office to get get the contract printed and signed. I had written down the name of the person who helped me, but I have since misplaced that paper. She was also excellent, but had just started her first day there as a transfer from another office, which is why she was having issues with her computer and printer communication. However, what I found most impressive about this was how many other salesman and finance managers (Joe Antunes was one and there were 2 others, I unfortunately don’t remember their names, but can remember what they look like!) came over to help as Sydney was now with another scheduled appointment (they allowed her to continue uninterrupted without knowing because they were able to help). That kind of demonstrative teamwork in a car dealership is unheard of. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, new and used, and this was hands down by far the best experience I had ever had. My husband will be needing a car soon and I will definitely be back if Sydney and George are still part of the team! Thank you all for making this an unexpectedly pleasant used car buying experience. First oil change. How does the dealership clean the vehicle when the customer just purchased a new vehicle. No car wash when the vehicle was service. Didn’t check anything on the multi- Point inspection form. So I don’t know if He check anything on the form list. And the tire rotation wasn’t list in the invoice sheet. This is the second time that a salesman said my vehicle is worthless because it’s not a AWD in the same dealership. I don’t know why in the first place I took it there ( Boch Nissan ). More
