This visit was no different as when I arrived the service provider argued with me about obtaining a rental that was set up by Nissan North America in advance . Visits to this location are consistently frustrating . I also find it generally concerning that the paperwork they provided me indicates over 1000.00 worth of work needing to be done without any explanation. More

Last Saturday I picked up the vehicle that I purchased the following weekend. I was supposed to get it during the week but the service department needed more time to get the big scratch off plus I decided to switch out the seats for leather. On Thursday I was driving the vehicle and noticed the check engine light came on. Upon looking in the manual it was an emissions issue and said to open the gas to see if it was loose I did that it never shut off. I called my sales rep that I worked with and she spoke to the managerAnd due to impending snowstorm and the severity of the issue we thought it would be best to take it to a local Nissan dealership. Upon speaking with the dealership they said there was a faulty valve in the transmission “the heart of the transmission”.As you can imagine my frustration of having this car for five days and an issue like this was not caught during inspection at your dealership. I am very disappointed that this has occurred and I am very worried I did not purchase a quality reliable car. This is my third Nissan Pathfinder And my seventh Nissan. I am obviously a loyal Nissan customer, But I am very disappointed that I chose this dealership. I live over an hour away so it’s not very convenient for me to bring my car there but thank goodness I didn’t because it honestly wasn’t safe to bring. I thought this was a certified pre-owned car, but apparently that does not mean anything. I am usually the type of person that will go above and beyond to give praise because I feel like that is something that is not often done, but unfortunately this time I feel very disappointed. Unacceptable length of time! All day is not acceptable! I know that I'm not the only customer. I get it. Based on the information I received when I made my appointment I allocated three hours (4 at the very most) for my visit. 5.5 hours is beyond acceptable in my opinion!! 3.5-4 hours after arrival, is when I was consulted about what work to move forward with; the actual work only took 1.5-2 hours. I understand that diagnostics are necessary and that they take time but this is absurd and not very professional. Why exactly have set appointment times if they're not going to be adhered to? Having said that, every employee that I interacted with was extremely professional, kind and courteous. They get an A+. The process needs work and gets a C. More

Nothing went right Buying a used car here has been ridiculously frustrating, right from the beginning. I initially followed a link to a specific car and gave my phone nu Buying a used car here has been ridiculously frustrating, right from the beginning. I initially followed a link to a specific car and gave my phone number to a dealership in South Attleboro. I got a call from a woman named Elyse about "the Nissan I had inquired about". She got me to make an appointment for later that day. After I hung up with her, I thought I had better check on whether the dealership was in fact in South Attleboro. Good thing I asked, because she said, "no we're in Norwood but we have 3 cars similar to the one you are looking (but we can get you that one)". Well, hubby went down (over an hour away), liked a car, and put a down payment on it. I went with him 4 days later with a bank check and to do the finance application, where the finance guy tried to slide an extra warranty plan (costing us MUCH more $). Got over that hump and then the real fun began. They had us sit there for a LONG time and then several hours later we were told they couldn't get the car registered. It would be a day, or maybe 4. No calls the next day, OR 4. Giving us the runaround. Our salesman was out for training. Now he's sick. He gets back to us saying that it's not his fault; they actually had to GO to the RMV to get this done. Oh, really? And this took 12 days? We are on day 12 now and still have no car, but they have our money. Today I was told they were on the way back from the RMV with title in hand and I could pick it up in the AM. Now I get a text saying our insurance co. hasn't sent the paperwork so I can't get it in the AM. What? So they clearly hadn't registered it because you can't register a car without the proof of insurance, right? I am so annoyed right now I just want our money back and to NEVER see or hear the name Boch again. ***edited to add: we had a very tough time getting our money back once they told us that they were unable to get us the car. They promised our check would be mailed out on Monday morning, and Friday came with no check. I called manager Keith who promised the money, and no answer or return call. I called manager Nik, and no answer or return call. Finally, a customer loyalty manager named Jocelyn Dame reached out to me via email asking for the details of our contact information, etc. She got right on the problem and overnighted our check to us and refunded our credit card the downpayment. She was professional and courteous, so I want to make sure she gets credit for that. She can hopefully help turn around this dealership, which has great prices but very poor management and sales. More

They did a great job answering my questions and when they didn't know the answer, they made sure to get to the bottom of it and got back to me with information right away. Needless to say it was a great experience and I walked off the lot that day with a new car. More
