I had 5months left on a lease from a different dealership, and thought that while I waited I would ch I came to Boca Nissan to have my Rogue serviced. I had 5months left on a lease from a different dealership, and thought that while I waited I would check out the sales area. I was approached and given absolutely amazing service. My needs were heard, I was given great suggestions, and the deal they offered me was one that I could not turn down. In a matter of less than 24hrs I had my new car delivered and zero hassle of having to return my old leased car. Large unexpected repairs Service engine light came on and ended up being a costly repair. Dealer did the work well with a next day appointment. Very willing to discuss options for repair and even showed me a failing battery that needed to be replace. Didn't hesitate to try to add on other servicing they felt should also be done, driving the bill into the stratosphere. As is the case for all dealers, shop hourly rates are high. One disappointing feature was that in their repair of the service engine malfunction, they reset the computer such that the radio was completely deprogrammed of all my station settings. They did not warn me about this. More
