Excellent waiting area. I was surprised with the nice waiting lobby area. Free wifi, fresh coffee and home made cookies to help pass the time. Staff was very pleasant. worst experience ever!! dont go here was there all day wednesday after my test drive sat at a table for two hours with nobody coming back to let me know what was going on. I walked into Boch Nissan immediately after a terrible experience at Boch Toyota and was so happy to meet Serenella. She was the exact opposite of the sales agent I encountered at Boch Toyota, he was rude experience at Boch Toyota and was so happy to meet Serenella. She was the exact opposite of the sales agent I encountered at Boch Toyota, he was rude, condescending and racist. Serenella on the other hand was so friendly kind, gentle and knowledgeable about all the vehicles and the leasing process. I immediately felt comfortable and knew that Boch Nissan would become my new dealership. The sales manager Maher Boles was also amazing. He was so very friendly. I felt like I knew him for several years. They are both awesome at their jobs. The entire sales area itself is very inviting and calm, very different from Boch Toyota. I was faithful to Boch Toyota for 9 years, 4 leased cars. As long as Serenella is there I think I will keep coming back to Boch Nissan. More
