When I arrived for my appointment I was the only vehicle in line to check in. I waited several minutes to be acknowledged by anyone while multiple employees carried on conversations. Philip finally acknowle in line to check in. I waited several minutes to be acknowledged by anyone while multiple employees carried on conversations. Philip finally acknowledged me and began the check-in process where he informed me that I would be charged an hour of labor to determine the problem and I would be contacted with an estimate. My vehicle is a 2023 Nissan Titan with 47k miles. I have had issues with the infotainment system disconnecting from my phone, loosing signal to the cameras and at times just shutting off. After one service at NuCar it was suggested I bring it in for an update which would take several hours. This appointment was just for the update. I explained that to Philip and he said I didn't have any recalls and argued that there would still be an hour charge and then they would determine if Nissan would cover it before he finally looked up the Titan warranty and acknowledged that this service would be covered. After 20 minutes to check-in while I had a ride waiting, I was finally on my way. My appointment was at 10am , I received a call at about 3:30 telling me my vehicle was ready and had taken about 3 hours to update. My infotainment system is still having issues. More
