This was a sanity check because I was driving a 2006 Avalon at the time, liked it very much, and thought I'd check out a new Avalon before pulling the trigger on a new Outvack. I was assigned to Jose. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We spent a few hours together. He did not disparage the Outback, but did accentuate the positives of the Toyota brand and the Avalon model. He worked with his sales manager to get the price I told him I would purchase at. We made a deal. When my wife and I arrived a few days later for delivery, Jose was prepared, organized and thorough. I was fully informed in regard to all aspects of my new car. More

A waste of time I would rate you a zero!! We were ready to buy a car and had financing but it's Sunday and our bank is closed so we can't get the check till Monday bu I would rate you a zero!! You refused and said it had to be paid in full but did not tell us until 3 hours into it all. You just wanted us to use your financing. This is not on your website, it's not listed anywhere for Boch or DCD Automotive Group. Your dealership wasted 3 hours of my time. Your sales manager was rude and I will make sure everyone I know and there friends know not to go there. More
