"Most Unprofessional Experience EVER!!!!!!" - Refused my deal because it was a bank check ! 1. If you want a competitive finance rate or to pay cash they will NOT allow you to and turn you away. Instead they want you to finance through them to make money on the "back end" The way they try to justify, this is to cry poverty and claim they are the lowest prices. When in reality there are several competitive dealers that will treat you better and allow you to use competitive financing with out the Gimmick . 2.The atmosphere is Horrible. You seem like just another "up" to them. Very inexperienced "salesmen" the turnover is so high, you have to be desperate to work there because of the atrocious hours and stressful negative environment. I felt very uncomfortable in the showroom and felt like over 7 sales people were huddled near our desk to listen in to the conversation. 3.They waste peoples time. They make you unnecessarily wait in order to wear you down. With the educated consumer, the car buying process should not take longer than two hour. I was there for *OVER* 4 hours and I didn't buy the car. I sat and watched the salesmen looks & move cars back an forth, text in their cell phones, make phone calls, smoke every 10 minutes, "print" paperwork chatting with other employees for over 10 min. 4. They use dishonest practices to obtain profit. They advertised the vehicle I was looking 3 different prices "Certified Used Vehicle". the sales man call me, when i got there i was told the vehicle was sold the day before! and try to sell me something else at higher price. 5. Boch needs to step it up and go through many of his STAFF with well groomed professional, well spoken, knowledgeable people. my experience was so horrible, I could not even close the deal, I went there FOUR times, and they keep calling me to return. Everyone was all over the place, no one had answers to my question. They play the " GAME" they did not want to provide the military discount, or the collage graduate, I discussed this up at front. they make people sit there for hours then make you comeback again and again to break you down. I have purchased many cars in the past, I was an auto mechanic and a car sales myself and never was so aggravated like i was with these clowns sales and manager people at Boch. 6. A $700 fee for paperwork????? - (No Fees) Yes over $400.00 document fee for no reason and over $300.00 for registration fee... This dealership have been frustrating due to lack of attention and enthusiasm, This additional costs for the purchase a new, used or lease is around $700 fee, well I don't really know for what because it was very vague. It sounded like that is the amount that Boch feels they are worth for processing some paperwork and charging morons for paper work. Thanks, but no thanks. Love Toyota vehicles, hate what this place has become. i can go my self to the DMV register my own vehicle have fun treat my self lunch and save hundreds. I'm sure the "OWNER" will provide customer relation carla moniz telephone number but his dealer will continue with the his horrible policy and he will do nothing to help. More
Typical at best Car was promised to be "fully detailed" and wasn't. One of the carpet floor mats (drivers side front) is missing. Liked the salesman however he should have checked it before delivery. **Disappointed ** More

I have had nothing but positive experiences and outstanding customer service. I wish I could remember every service tech and rep that I have dealt with, but today I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Traynor. He was cheerful, pleasant, informative, and extremely customer centric. As a former manager in retail customer service, I know very well how the "little things" can make a huge difference. Thanks Ryan for your humor, attention to detail, and great service. You ROCK! More
