Great service My boyfriend and I arrived on the lot today to look at some pre owned vehicles. It took a while for anyone to greet us as we walked the lot, but as we hung out near the doors we were greeted by Luis who spoke with us for 45+ minutes and did not pressure us once. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and honest. Would work with him again for sure. Thanks Luis! More
Worse sales experience ever! No joke. TERRIBLE sales experience. We spent over 6 hours at the dealership from start to finish and it was not a busy day at all. Louis was our sales person and was ok at first, but towards the end just the typical car dealer you come to expect. Would rather have worked with anyone else honestly. Francis in financing was horrible to work with let alone understand anything he was saying!! We had to make two trips down there to correct paperwork because he added stuff in without us fully knowing it bringing a 13k car to 22k. Seriously. Very shady stuff to say the least. Then comes the registration! Its been 5 days and still no registration completed. It takes 2 hours at the registry for the regular guy, why 5 days for a dealer is beyond me! Not sure if they even have to go to the registry if all were doing is a transfer, most times they can do it from the dealership and hand it to you right away as has happened to me from several other dealers. All in all if you really want to spend your entire day wasted and play telephone tag trying to get SOMEONE to answer and in the end way overpay then this is the perfect place for you! If you want a simple process, AVOID THIS PLACE. Trust me, there is a reason they have low prices initially and thats for suckers! There are two other dealerships on the same street with far better reviews and long history of doing right by the customer. Cant say the same thing for this place! Oh yeah, fyi, the corolla L does not come with cruise control despite our fully compitent salesperson telling us " it was listed as an LE model i didnt know it didnt come with it". Perfect. Should have known better and trust me i will not be sending anyone down there ever! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! I guess the only pro was three free oil changes....thanks? More
Extremely dissatisfied I called and scheduled an appointment for my 10,000 mile and to have my air conditioning serviced, as it's not working. I showed up and my appointment was no where to be found. After discussing what I needed I was told that they would be able to do my maintenance but would not be able to service my AC, which would me I would have to come back. I spoke to the service director who then informed me that they would be able to do the maintenance and charge my AC but would not be able to do it the correct way (charge, let sit and look for a leak), as time would not allow. If it's not going to be done right, I will take it somewhere where it will be done, which is what I plan on doing. More

Typical dirt lot tactics Good Morning, while we do love the truck and are happy with it. I am totally unhappy with the process. From the moment I made the inquiry to this particular SUV , I have been inundated with emails. Over 20 at last count. A half dozen phone calls and text messages. Most wanting to know when I was coming in , what vehicle was I interested in ,so on The irony in this is that when I got there none of these people were there or available. I did meet a salesman but he was just there to take us on a test ride. I was then subject to a variety of strong arm tactics by no less than 3 others. I don’t even remember most of them , except the sales manager. I come to a dealership prepared, I know what my trade is worth, I know what I can afford to pay and I know what the max payment I can afford is. I know my credit score , what I owe on my trade and to whom. I felt I was shown no respect and was completely put off by the fact of how they minimized my trade in. They made me feel like they were doing me a huge favor even talking to me. It took over 2 hours to get a reasonable price on my trade. From $2500 to $7300. WHY!!!!! We then went back and forth over payment and total cost for another hour + again WHY!!!. We thought the sales manager was rude and condescending. He kept using confusing numbers and costs to try and derail us. This left me VERY frustrated and getting increasingly angry. We have excellent credit (~780+ credit score). With this he assured us a great interest rate. We made all the calculations based on 3%. Then without warning and like a slap in the face I get to the finance office and the rate is 3.79% adding about $8-9/month to the payment costing me over $700 over the term of the loan. After almost 4 hours I was so totally upset I was ready to cancel the whole thing and walk out. I confronted the sales manager about the interest rate after finishing up the financing and he couldn’t care less, basically shrugged me off. He lied to my face to pump up the payment. I indicated that since I live an hour away I would not be using the free maintenance offering. I was then told that this is not dealer specific but paid for by Toyota and that they would go over this at delivery. Nothing was said about it. There was NO congratulations on your new vehicle. There was NO “Thank You for your business”. Nothing at all to indicate my business was appreciated. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years and I have never been treated with such disdain. This is in stark contrast to the purchase of my 2011 Avalon at Route 44 Toyota. That was a pleasant easy process that took less than 2 hours from the time I walked in (with all the same info and goals)until I was driving away with the new car. Some of that time was waiting for the car to be cleaned and prepped as all the paperwork had already been completed.. I certainly hope my treatment was not an example of how they conduct business normally. I will be hard pressed to recommend or do business with any Boch dealership in the future. Perhaps $27, 000 is not a lot of money to you, but it is to me and represents a substantial commitment on my part. I feel I should be treated like I am a customer , not someone getting in the way of their day. More

A $700 fee for paperwork????????? The last couple of times coming into this dealership have been frustrating due to lack of attention and enthusiasm. This last time was to pay off our lease and after waiting (why not?) we went into the finance manager's office (sorry, he didn't introduce himself) and he started to break down all the additional costs for the purchase. Once he got to the $700 fee for, well I don't really know for what because it was very vague. It sounded like that is the amount that Boch feels they are worth for processing some paperwork. Thanks, but no thanks. Love Toyota vehicles, hate what this place has become. More
