MOST Unprofessional Experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It experience was so horrible I could not even close the deal, everyone was so all over the place, no one had any of the answers to any of the basic questions I raised. I honestly have never been more irritated in all of my life. They play the " GAME" and I discussed this up front what I wanted etc.. Be honest up front If you cannot do it, then say it. Do not make people sit there for hours on end because nobody has the time to sit in a dealership hanging around. This review may seem harsh, but I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and never once have I ever walked out this aggravated with the service of the entire sales team. After speaking with other people I know, they also had known or heard the exact same thing i have voiced right here. STAY AWAY, go somewhere else. Trust me. More

They told me me I could refinance the car in a year, after one year got rejected from lot of banks and other dealerships (to trade-in) and they all say the same I owe too much of the car than what is worth...and after one year I bought the car I asked them before if car came with remote start they said no..so I said if they could put remote start for me and guess what one year later found out the car does have a remote start...I was screwed big time... Soooooo people if you don't what to waste your time, DON'T go to Boch Toyota south..it's a waste of your time... More

Found the loss leader and was pleased with the process. Got out with a at-cost certified wrap warranty, too. After a month or two the Sienna had some odd-ball things go wrong and the service department was super nice to get it all taken care of and it was super smooth. Fast forward to this past weekend: 10/10/15. Found a certified Prius and did my due diligence to price shop and talk to other dealers about fees, extended warranties, etc. Came in, worked with Chris (forget his last name but he was great!) and after the usual 3+ hours of working on just a SINGLE car negotiations things were settled with sales and finance. I went yesterday on a day off and away from my family to walk into everything changed. The figures given to me were upped in price everywhere. I even went to the sales "manager" Maged and asked what happened. He claimed he gave me a different number but this was after he already written it down the other day! Same with Rob from finance. He was great with my Sienna but then pulled fast ones on me saying he gave me one figure but it was different than the other day. Bottom line: after the initial salesperson the rest of the sales organization cannot be trusted. I will give an A+ to the sales people like Benjamin and Chris (Applewhite perhaps?). However a big F to the sales managers and finance for failing to be real men and standing up for the truth. I support capitalism and working to earn money, but I certainly do NOT support lying and cheating. Grow up, guys. Would you like it if someone did that to you? I didn't think so. More

It took a while for anyone to greet us as we walked the lot, but as we hung out near the doors we were greeted by Luis who spoke with us for 45+ minutes and did not pressure us once. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and honest. Would work with him again for sure. Thanks Luis! More
Worse sales experience ever! No joke. TERRIBLE sales experience. We spent over 6 hours at the dealership from start to finish and it was not a busy day at all. Louis was our sales person and was ok at first, but towards the end just the typical car dealer you come to expect. Would rather have worked with anyone else honestly. Francis in financing was horrible to work with let alone understand anything he was saying!! We had to make two trips down there to correct paperwork because he added stuff in without us fully knowing it bringing a 13k car to 22k. Seriously. Very shady stuff to say the least. Then comes the registration! Its been 5 days and still no registration completed. It takes 2 hours at the registry for the regular guy, why 5 days for a dealer is beyond me! Not sure if they even have to go to the registry if all were doing is a transfer, most times they can do it from the dealership and hand it to you right away as has happened to me from several other dealers. All in all if you really want to spend your entire day wasted and play telephone tag trying to get SOMEONE to answer and in the end way overpay then this is the perfect place for you! If you want a simple process, AVOID THIS PLACE. Trust me, there is a reason they have low prices initially and thats for suckers! There are two other dealerships on the same street with far better reviews and long history of doing right by the customer. Cant say the same thing for this place! Oh yeah, fyi, the corolla L does not come with cruise control despite our fully compitent salesperson telling us " it was listed as an LE model i didnt know it didnt come with it". Perfect. Should have known better and trust me i will not be sending anyone down there ever! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! I guess the only pro was three free oil changes....thanks? More
Extremely dissatisfied I called and scheduled an appointment for my 10,000 mile and to have my air conditioning serviced, as it's not working. I showed up and my appointment was no where to be found. After discussing what I needed I was told that they would be able to do my maintenance but would not be able to service my AC, which would me I would have to come back. I spoke to the service director who then informed me that they would be able to do the maintenance and charge my AC but would not be able to do it the correct way (charge, let sit and look for a leak), as time would not allow. If it's not going to be done right, I will take it somewhere where it will be done, which is what I plan on doing. More
