Tried to get explanation, offered to show evidence of the text communications with salesperson, and the smug sales mgr basically said tough luck and go see if another dealer will give you the price (even said God help you to find the deal we had agreed upon elsewhere). Lost all respect for this cocky/condescending manager (Fayiz) and the Boch brand of businesses...will be telling all of the many friends and family who have purchased many vehicles and receive all service with Boch to stay away! All over $900...of which I even offered to meet in the middle...but was told no (not even so sorry or anything compassionate), especially after having evidence of this deal (some would say a binding agreement)...terrible experience! More

Don't try to sell me something I don't want I felt the salesman did not listen to me and he spoke down to me. I asked to test drive 2 vehicles and he insisted on having me look at one I clearly I felt the salesman did not listen to me and he spoke down to me. They told me me I could refinance the car in a year, after one year got rejected from lot of banks and other dealerships (to trade-in) and they all say the same I owe too much of the car than what is worth...and after one year I bought the car I asked them before if car came with remote start they said no..so I said if they could put remote start for me and guess what one year later found out the car does have a remote start...I was screwed big time... Soooooo people if you don't what to waste your time, DON'T go to Boch Toyota south..it's a waste of your time... More
