The sales people were pushy and obnoxious. Made every step feel as though they were doing me a favor. Even after being offered a certain finance rate and value for trade in up the street in Norwood at th step feel as though they were doing me a favor. Here is some cliffnotes I want to display to give educated customers a glimpse on how Boch Toyota works. 1. If you want a competitive finance rate or to pay cash they will NOT allow you to and tu educated customers a glimpse on how Boch Toyota works. 1. If you want a competitive finance rate or to pay cash they will NOT allow you to and turn you away. Instead they want you to finance through them to make money on the "back end" (Any money made through finance dept.). The way they try to justify this is to cry poverty and claim they are the lowest prices and cant discount a car. When in reality there are several competitive dealers that will treat you better and allow you to use competitive financing. 2.The atmosphere is one of the worst I have ever been to. You seem like just another "up" to them. Very inexperienced "salesmen" because the turnover is so high because you have to be desperate to work there because of the atrocious hours and stressful negative environment. I felt very uncomfortable in the showroom and felt like 30 salepeople were huddled near our desk to listen in to the conversation. 3.They waste peoples time. They make you unnecessarily wait in order to wear you down. With the educated consumer the car buying process should not take longer than one hour total. I was there for 3 and a half and didn't buy the car. I sat and watched the salesmen "print" the paperwork by chatting in a circle of salesmen for a half hour. 4. They use dishonest practices to obtain profit. They advertised the vehicle I was looking at as a "Certified Used Vehicle". When in reality I was told that it wasn't. What this is is a way to keep profit on the vehicle. As the "Certification" costs money to the dealer. In summary. Boch Toyota is the Walmart of car dealerships. I ended up purchasing a car at a smaller dealer and was in and out in one hour. I got a price $2000 less for a better car and they used my rate from AAA for financing. I think people go to Boch because name recognition and a catchy jingle is king. Because there are other dealers that will treat you better and not be the definition of what gives the car business a bad reputation. More
The best experience I've ever had with a dealership. We were a Saturn family for 20 years (3 cars total) and we stuck with them because of the great service they gave us. We've been to several dealerships since then and haven't found that missing Saturn quality. We've heard so much about Boch Toyota South we figured it might be worth the trip, and it was. 2 weeks ago we ended up with a brand new Camry. We love the car but also the employees were great. Sales consultant Ian Swenson spent around 4 hours with us, a super sales person. We saw around us employees that were genuinely friendly and concerned about the customer's experience. We were treated there like we used to be treated in the old Saturn days. Ian was great. Saturn may be gone but I think we've found a new family. Bob & Martha Ryan. More

My daughters and I were involved in a bad car accident on 08/21. It totaled my 2005 Santa Fe but luckily spared major injury to all of us inside. My husband and I researched other SUVs. We were greatly impressed with the RAV 4s dependability, affordability but most of all safety. We went to the dealership on Saturday, 08/24. There we met Jose. He let us walk to lot to see if there was anything we liked. A short time later he asked if we had seen anything. I was not in the mood for car shopping and I really didn't see anything. Jose heard our story and suggested we take the RAV for a test drive. There was no pressure or anything. He simply cared and wanted us to give it a try. Two minutes into the test drive and I fell in love with the RAV. Although the RAV was already reasonably priced, we had no trade in and no money down. The purchase was a matter of necessity. Jose was very patient and understanding. We placed a deposit on the RAV with no commitment to buy until we could confirm the adjuster would give us enough to pay for the Santa Fe. In the end, we came home today, 08/29, with the RAV 4. It has really boosted my spirits since the loss of my other truck. I want to commend not only the dealership bur especially Jose. We was extremely nice and professional. He listened to what we needed and wanted and did not push us into anything. He is a complete asset to the company. My husband and I would recommend the dealership as well as Jose. We look forward to coming back again and doing business again with all of you. More
As soon as I walked inside the dealership I was greeted by Rich. He escorted me to a desk while we went over what I was looking for (which happened to be a 2013 Toyota Corolla Sport). He was extremely friendly but was also very receptive to my needs at the same time. I came into the dealership with a price I was looking to pay for the car and he didn't waste any time in talking to his manager Fayiz with regards to the price. Fayiz came to the desk shortly after talking to Rich and within minutes we were able to work out a deal for the price that I was looking to pay. Fayiz was also very friendly and it was a pleasure to work with him. Once the paperwork was completed, Rich took me to take one last look at the car. We arranged a day later in the week to pick up the car, and upon pickup the car was in perfect condition. Rich explained all of the features that were included, and assisted me in setting up my first service appointment at the dealership. Soon enough I was on my way. Rich and Fayiz were both fantastic throughout the entire process. They made every step enjoyable, which is very rare to encounter when buying a car. I would highly recommend them, and will surely continue to bring them my business in the future. More
