We visited Boch Toyota in North Attleboro to receive a regular service on our 2009 Prius. Before making the appointment, we wanted to determine our options for trading for a newer Prius so we filled out a regular service on our 2009 Prius. Before making the appointment, we wanted to determine our options for trading for a newer Prius so we filled out an online request for information with details on our expectations. We received an email & phone call within 4 hours to set-up an appointment to get an appraisal and discuss our options. The next day while getting our scheduled service, we spoke with Rene La Paz (salesperson) and test-drove the car of our choice while he arranged for their appraisal on our car. Within 3 hours of walking in the door, we came to an agreement, completed all paperwork, and drove out of their lot with a new 2011 Prius. Rene was exceptional in his knowledge of the new features on the 2011, never pressured us to make a sale, and kept all necessary activities moving forward quickly to help meet our deadline. He provided our information to the sales manager as requested and after a short round of back & forth discussions, clarifying our financial goals, we were able to agree on an offer (getting an excellent trade-in price) and take advantage of the Dealer’s President Day’s Inventory Special (including 0% financing, 2 yr. free service package). This is the third Toyota that we have purchased from Boch Toyota and once again, our experience has exceeded our expectations. At all times prior and during the sale he was pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful, and attentive to detail. I found this component of customer care most impressive.
