When we first walked on the lot, we weren't bombarded. Claude said that he would be able to assist us when we were ready and pointed us in the direction we needed to go. I made a deal to purchase a used Honda Odyssey on Thursday September 29 with sales rep Ron Cornwell. I also made the required $500 deposit and my credit card was charged. My family went to pick up Thursday September 29 with sales rep Ron Cornwell. I also made the required $500 deposit and my credit card was charged. My family went to pick up the car on October 4, and we were told by Ron that the car was sold over the weekend. According to Ron, Steve Kemos (manager) authorized this. Needless to say we were disappointed. I was told that the deposit secures the vehicle. They sold the car I had purchased to someone else who paid more. These people are unethical and untrustworthy. Benjamin was kind and professional. The staff there were all kind to us. We overall had an excellent encounter. I recently went to balise toyota in warwick ri twice looking for a new car and each time spent about 30 minutes in the parking lot looking at the cars with not one salesman coming out to seee if i need looking for a new car and each time spent about 30 minutes in the parking lot looking at the cars with not one salesman coming out to seee if i needed help. I then proceeded to Fiore Toyota in Fall River, MA and received a price quote and was told no one could beat this price. I therefore went to Boch received a price quote which was also a good deal but not as good as fiore so we went back to fiore to see if they still could give us that price and the sales manager told me that he no longer had the coupons he was going to use so therefore it was more than a thousand dollar difference. We told the sales manager the price we had received from another dealership not mentioning the name. He said it was impossible and it wasnt for the same type of car which it was and it was. As we proceeded out the door, the SALES MANAGER followed us out and called us(excuse my language) a fucking liar. We went back to boch and bought the car. The saleman and the sales manager were extremely helpful, courteous and very knowledgable. I would recommended this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More

We walked in on Friday and talked about numbers for a new car. We had to leave so my husband could get to work and we said we would get back to them on Saturday. They called several times that evening to try and negotiate with us. They had already offered us the low price of $13'500. Between them calling us back after "talking to their boss" they called about 6 times. They called again a few times on Saturday morning and talked with my husband. Finally we agreed to come down and pay the $13'500 that the salesman had even written on his business card. When we got to the dealership about an hour later they immediately started saying that was a mistake and they couldn't accept such a low amount and that was Fridays offer because it was raining, even though my husband had just been told they would take the agreed amount. They thought they could lure us into the dealership and tack another $500 on. $500 may not be such a large amount of money but I felt lied to, tricked and betrayed. I now know what they say about car salesmen is really true. More
