Worst car buying experience in my life buying over 30 cars from dealers all over the country over the past 25 years.  I had an appointment to complete purchase of my car and waited around for over an hou cars from dealers all over the country over the past 25 years.  I had an appointment to complete purchase of my car and waited around for over an hour and a half and was lied to about how long the timing of registration and delivery. Additionally, I gave specific and detailed instructions that I wanted to install the license plates which were not followed. The reason I wanted to install the license plates is exactly what I thought would happen is that when  I took delivery of the car and they mounted the front license plate holder crooked and crumpled my new license plate using the drills that should not be used since they have too much torque but of course no one cares or understands these details.  My wife bought a new Prius last year and was not shown how to operate anything since the salesperson did not know how to operate the car. Excuse me but if you choose to sell cars for a living / profession at least take the time to understand what you are selling. Total of $75K spent at this horrible dealership that neither will ever buy from again. More

I had an excellent place at this dealership. I worked with Patrick Corrigan in sales who worked with me to make sure I had the car I wanted rather than simply a car because I was in need.
