I was dreading having to buy a new car, but I must say after working with Patrick at Boch South, that is not a fear I have anymore. I went there on Sunday July 9 around 3 pm . 3 sales people standing behind the manger not one person said hello I had to ask if anyone wanted to sell a car , the manager Fayiz Zureikat could 3 sales people standing behind the manger not one person said hello I had to ask if anyone wanted to sell a car , the manager Fayiz Zureikat could not take his eyes off the computer and proceeded to tell me that is not how things work here , you test drive a car then put 500 .00 down and then we call you when it comes in . He could not be bothered . Shame on all of you . Have you forgotten about CUSTOMER SERVICE . No wonder there was not a customer in the building . I drove 47 miles to Auburn Toyota where customer service comes first and I made a purchase . People beware of Toyota south . More
