We previously bought 2 new vehicles from this dealer so this was our first choice. We were looking to purchase a new RAV4. We made appointment to test drive a car we saw online. The first thing the sales rep asked is how were we paying? When we said cash he informed us the price would be $880 more. He said the dealer wants you to finance because they get kickback from bank. I never heard of such a ridiculous thing. I wondered if that was even legal to charge more for paying cash. Needless to say we left. We will never go back. I learned later the dealership had been sold so that explains alot. More

I got my car detailed. The middle console was still filthy. My visor had gunk on it, where the sunglasses holder is it was dirty. The service department is very courteous and helpful and I have no complaints with them. However, I was given a loaner vehicle while having recall work done on mine and the vehicle was disgustingly filthy I have no complaints with them.
