my service advisor was very pleasant and helpful however, given the fact that I had an appointment for routine service I though a 2 hour wait was a bit excessive. First experience at this dealership, I was happy with the service for my vehicle, one item was a warranty check and the other were general maintenance. I thought the prices for a standard oil change was a b service for my vehicle, one item was a warranty check and the other were general maintenance. I thought the prices for a standard oil change was a bit high. All personel I dealt with very good and courtious. I however had a issue with the rental vehicle that was provided. The exterior of the vehicle was filthy and had to get it washed on the way home. The interior was also not cleaned at all and in fact their were items left in the vehicle from the last person who used the vehicle. During these times of COVID-19, this vehicle should have cleaned and sanitized. I had to wipe the interior down myself to fell safe. This was a very disappointing part of my experience. More
