Customer Service I just called the parts department 4.1.2020 looking for a part I clearly have an accent and so did the other person on the call with me. I gave the person answering the call the VIN# as requested, but apparently it was a character off so he asked for the last 8 digits of the VIN# which we were both trying to give to him. While I understand it may be a little difficult discerning accents - his response was very crude and disrespectful. He started shouting "Stop, Stop, Stop - I can't understand a thing you are saying. Is this how you speak with your customers? No it is not. One must always be considerate of all nationalities, creed and race AND accents. More
I enjoy this dealerships service department. Very friendly and professional. As a loyal customer I was not happy upon finding out about your recent change to charge your customers an additional 3% fo friendly and professional. I feel this charge should not be passed on to your customers. It leaves a bad feeling towards the dealership. I will NOT return to get my car serviced here because of this. More
