I waited 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change, watched multiple customers come in after me and finish before me. The staff were friendly but the kicker was when I was informed I had to pay for the watched multiple customers come in after me and finish before me. Problems found ; problems resolved called for service and two hours later I was there having my car serviced. Jean Ayotte was there to meet me and brought the problems to me , arranged called for service and two hours later I was there having my car serviced. Jean Ayotte was there to meet me and brought the problems to me , arranged for service and a rental car to get me home. the next morning everything was done my car was waiting for me and 20 minutes later I was on my way home. I went there for service including tire rotation and AC duct cleaning, which they recommended. After I picked up my car, I checked tire pressure and all four tires pressure were so much different. Everybody at the dealership was great. Leased another Corolla. The process was fast. We got what we wanted for a monthly payment.
