I too like many reviews here was scammed by this dishonest dealership. I found great car online ( Autolist). I called and took a test drive. After that the games began. I had my own financial loan in-line. They wouldn’t sell me the car unless I financed through them. Much higher rate. I had already taken out loan and withdrew cash for down payment. They actually had the nerve to say for additional 880 $ I could buy the car with my own financing. This is dishonest false advertising. The “ manager “ wrote back to me having the nerve to correct my use of term bait and switch and then said they do state financial rules on their website. Well no where on the multiple app I checked could I find that statement. To the contrary it says that the internet price is the price you pay. In this day of online commerce this dealership should be ashamed. The reputation is false as a trustworthy dealership. They claim an excellent buyer experience. Stay away from this place. Totally dishonest and scammers. I have reported the misleading advertising to all the apps the vehicle was listed on. I say again stay away. Total thief’s More

Great service but I found the wait too long. I am my husband's caregiver and don't have a lot of time to waste when I am away from him. I thought that 1 1/2 hours was a long time to perform an oil chang husband's caregiver and don't have a lot of time to waste when I am away from him. I was not very happy with the service center. Biggest issue was that I was charged more because I was using a credit card. And I was told by the girl at the check out * who was not personable at all) tha issue was that I was charged more because I was using a credit card. And I was told by the girl at the check out * who was not personable at all) that if I choose to come back I should use cash so that way I don't get charged 3% more. Also the waiting area seats are so uncomfortable. The only great thing was Jean Ayotte. He was awesome and extreamly pleasant. I will go back to my original place Tarbox Toyota. More
