Missed diagnosed a problem. Paid $1,200 to fix a problem just to have the same problem come back. Had to tow my truck back in a few weeks later and pay $600 more to fix the same problem. The recall work was done professionally and in the time frame given. The service department also checked for any other recalls on my vehicle.
