Inspection of my brand new car took longer than expected. Stopped in to pick up the registration for my new vehicle purchased at Boch. After delivering my car to the service bay, I waited about an hour and a half in the waiting area and then proceeded to the service area to inquire when I could expect my car’s inspection to be completed. I actually saw my car there and the attendant that I spoke to went to inquire as to if it was ready to go. It was. I feel that the length of time I was there was excessive for the service intended. If there was a critical delay, I should have been informed. More
