He was courteous and professional in all communications, whether email, phone, text or face-to-face. I purchased a 2019 RAV4 XLE about a month prior for my wife and based upon that experience I choose to come back to Boch Toyota South to work with him again on my 2019 Camry XSE. He was always prompt to respond to questions and made himself available even on his day off. I am happy to recommend Jose to any of my friends and family that may be interested in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. More

Awful The sales guy SAIF ULLAH told me to take a survey and give him a good score. I was going to give him a 5/5, but yall messed up big time. They told me auto payment was set up for my car loan. I even gave my account info, signed the auto payment form, and everything else. This never happened, and I missed the first due payment on my loan because of this. It was the first time EVER IN MY LIFE I missed a payment to a lender. It makes me sick to my stomach. Now I have to put in a dispute with the credit bureaus and try to get this sorted out. If it turns out this isnt something that can be fixed, I am going to tell everyone I know about how horrible Boch Toyota South is. More

Been to the dealership 3+ times in issue is still not repair I came to Bach for simple oil change and for an issue with my radio on my brand new 2019 Toyota highlander. The radio reboots itself without notice wh I came to Bach for simple oil change and for an issue with my radio on my brand new 2019 Toyota highlander. The radio reboots itself without notice when driving. as soon as I pulled out of the garage when I picked up my vehicle the radio shut off. I immediately went right back inside and nobody was available to help me. I called the following day and they told me to bring the vehicle in. Which I did during my lunch time. I sat in the waiting area for an over an hour when they brought me my vehicle back and said it was repaired. I again drove out of the parking lot and the radio shut off. Because I did not have time to return due to work I had to drive around again with my radio shut it on and off. I then brought it back for a third time. I had to have Employee pick me up and I left the car with them for the day. I picked it up and again before I even drove out of the garage and out of the parking lot the radio shut off again.. Again due to the fact that I was in a rush to get to an obligation I called immediately to document the situation. Nobody seem to care that I have been in the dealership several times for the same situation. I have taken time away from work asked for rides and so on on several occasions just to get my radio fixed. I understand there are issues but I still feel like nobody cares that I am being given the runaround on the situation. I couldn’t even get somebody to wash the car for me. Nobody has called me and asked what they could do nothing. I’m just stuck driving around in a brand new car without a radio and now I have to bring it back to you again More
My whole day was wasted I have never had such a bad experience. I walked in for a remote starter and replacement of a rim. Was told that the rim wasn’t there. When they asked if I was staying, they never mentioned that it was going to be 5 hrs. After 3 hrs I was sitting, I went to complain why I was still sitting. I was told that they just finished and was sending it to be detailed and a gas fill up because when I bought the car they sent me home in a dirty car and empty gas tank. After 5 hrs I again got up to complain to Francis. The car suddenly showed up. I can understand it takes time to do these things but I should not have sat for 5 hrs without any word on what was happening. If they told me it was going to be a day project I eould have ask to be driven to the mall so I could do some shopping. I don’t get why you ask if the service did a walk around the last time I bought a car because boch Toyota south certainly didn’t. More
