Had to drive over 50 miles to find out about the req'd loan, college and military service. When a quote is send to a possible buyer CLEARLY STATE ALL requirements to get that price, DON'T put a VERY, VERY VAGUE DISCLAIMER in tiny print at the bottom of the page. More
