Inconvenience We had made an appointment to have our car service for the recalls when arriving to the dealership we were told there may be a parts issue then come t We had made an appointment to have our car service for the recalls when arriving to the dealership we were told there may be a parts issue then come to find out they had said we have the parts you may have to pick it up around closing time two hours later we receive a phone call saying that the car will not be ready due to not having the correct parts and they can provide us with a rental the following day.My wife was picked up with my three kids to go back to the dealer to pick up a rental that smelled terrible like smoke,then having to go back to to pick up the van later in the day. I understand issues happen but if recalls are out there and your a dealership you probably should have a Variety of parts so this doesn’t happen ,Ultimately I think it was just a big inconvenience for me and I probably won’t be going back there for service. More

Unsatisfactory Service Experience I came in originally on September 4 for an appointment that I made. I was told when I got there that they were backed up on appointments and that I sh I came in originally on September 4 for an appointment that I made. I was told when I got there that they were backed up on appointments and that I should probably reschedule. I showed the person the piece of my car that had been damaged. He stated that it could be reattached, I said it needed to be replaced (it was ripped up the middle). Didn’t offer to order the part. I rescheduled and came back on Saturday 9/7. Sure enough, the part had to be ordered so I made another appointment for 9/21. I spoke with someone on 9/20 to check if the part was in and to change my appointment to 9/30. The person first couldn’t find my appointment and then stated that the part hadn’t arrived yet. I called again on 9/30, prior to my appointment, to see if the part was in. Turns out it was never ordered. I rescheduled yet again for October 5. Luckily the part finally arrived, although I did not receive a phone call letting me know it had. So it took a month for me to get this piece replaced and I had to go the dealership 3 times for it. This takes time out of my already busy schedule. While I was there on Saturday I also had them look at my overhead light switch, which broke in half one day for no reason. I was told that I would receive a phone call this week regarding what Toyota said about replacing it. I haven’t heard anything as of yet. I have had positive experiences in the past with this dealership (I’ve bought all of my vehicles there since 2000), however, this particular experience was extremely unsatisfactory. I hope this doesn’t continue to be the service provided or I might need to rethink where I service/purchase my future vehicles. More

Great Experience! I purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota Rav4 XLE Premium this past weekend. I test drove with another Toyota Dealership but they wouldn't come down enoug I purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota Rav4 XLE Premium this past weekend. I test drove with another Toyota Dealership but they wouldn't come down enough on the price. I saw the color and interior I wanted on Boch Toyota's website and sent an email asking for the "legendary low Boch price." Samantha Nelson got back to me right away, told me what the price would be and it was lower than the prior dealership I had gone to. She answered all of my questions and when I was ready she set me up for an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. I arrived for my appointment and my salesperson was Ahmed Abdalla. He was great! We took a test drive and he answered all of my questions and my Mom's who came to keep me company through the typically exhausting process. After I purchased the car and they cleaned it all up, Ahmed spent even more time with us showing me how to do EVERYTHING with my new vehicle, even setting up the Toyota Remote app and going through all the functions again that he showed us on the test drive. After the test drive, I was sure that this was the vehicle I wanted so we started the financing process. The finance manager, Rob Rockwell, was great! He answered all of my questions, helped me get financing that stayed within my ideal budget with a decent interest rate. He explained all of the financing packages to me and got us in and out quickly. He was friendly and kept us laughing as I signed all the tedious paperwork. I sat down with a woman, Susan, who went over some optional add-on's to the vehicle and she was great. She was not pushy and did not make me feel like I had to purchase any of the add-on's. I ended up purchasing two (2) things that I wanted before I even got there that day and one additional add-on that I wasn't aware of prior. All-in-all, everyone was personable and the process was as pleasant as car buying can be! Highly recommend the individuals I worked with. More
