At one point as the finance manager was trying to sell me more and more, I asked if we could complete the paperwork the next day, but was denied, saying it had to be done that night. I've bought a half a dozen new cars in the last 20 years and this is the first time anyone ever told me that. In fact in about half, I've come back the next day to sign the paperwork. That was my biggest complaint. The sales rep, Tom Clement was great and he was stuck there after closing until I was done too without complaint. More

My wife asked me, in front of our salesman "MK", "what car would you pick if money wasn't an issue?" I said, "a 4Runner." After test driving a used 4Runner, MK said, "let me talk to my manager. They came back with a great offer on a new 4Runner. Still, I wasnt prepared to buy, but I remember how hard he worked to get me a great deal. I came to the dealership two more times, MK remained patient and eventually got me in to a 4Runner trim level that I thought was beyond my financial reach. He made it happen. We're very pleased.
